Hand attendance- found abnormal phenomena and solve one by one in time. Minor faults can solve mechanical and electrical problems by themselves, and have to be repaired by maintenance personnel.
(3) Develop measures to reduce or avoid errors
When the PCB is assembled, the easiest and most common error is the incorrect mounting components, so the following measures are formulated to prevent it.
① After the feeder is programmed, a professional person must check that the component values in the numbered positions of the material station correspond to those in the programming table.
Is the component value of the feeder number consistent? If not, it must be corrected.
②Belt feeder, when each tray is refilled after placement. Someone must check whether the new tray value is correct.
③ Must be edited once after programming. Check whether the component number, rotation angle and placement position of each placement step are correct.
④ After the first- piece of each batch of products is placed, it must be inspected by a professional person. If problems are found, they should be corrected in a timely manner by modifying procedures.
⑤ During the mounting process, check the mounting position for incorrectness and throwing. Technicians on the Pcb manufacturing assembly line should promptly check for problems and rule them out.
⑥ Set up a pre-weld inspection station (manually or through AOI)
